Queues, Queues, Queues!

This is First Street, and no, this is not a fuel queue! The people here are queuing for Sugar, the people i saw were holding 1KG packs of brown sugar.

Wow, that's really something. Sugar is such a basic staple that it's sad that people must wait for it like this...
